Discussion “Leadership in the Face of Global Challenges” and Reception at the UK Ambassador’s Residence

We are very pleased to invite you to the discussion "Leadership in the Face of Global Challenges" on 4 July which will be kindly hosted at the UK Ambassador's Residence.
The discussion will give space for many of the current and future voices of the EU to network and to learn from each other’s experiences. We also hope that this event will challenge many of our traditional and stereotypical views of leadership and encourage attendees to see value in their own unique skill sets.
The event will start with a keynote speech by Mr William Macfarlane, Deputy Ambassador at UK Mission to the EU and LSE Alumnus. It will be followed by presentations from: Laura McCambridge, Counsellor for Goods, Health and Environment at the UK Mission to the EU; Chris Powers, Director of Communications at EURACTIV; and Anne-Sophie Deman, Senior Director at FTI Consulting. Our LSE AAB President Maria Sotiriou will be the Master of Ceremony. The event will conclude with a networking reception.
